A unit is a cheap warehouse you don’t have to lease. There is no five-year term, no business rates on your side and no fit-out: you take the space you need this month and change it when trade changes. About a third of Stowmere is let to businesses, from a one-person online shop in a 50 to a kitchen fitter with two 200s.

Deliveries while you are out

Give suppliers our address with your unit number. Reception signs for parcels and pallets between 8:30 and 18:00, holds them in the secure cage and texts you. Pallets can go straight into a drive-up unit with the pallet truck if you leave us a note.

Access that fits your hours

Business accounts can have the gate open around the clock on request. The loading bay takes a 7.5-tonne lorry, and drive-up units on the yard side let you back a van right to the door.

Paperwork

You get a VAT invoice every month, and we can bill a purchase order number if your accounts team needs one. Change size or add a second unit with a week’s notice; nobody asks you to sign a new contract.
