Drive-up units are the ones people ask for by name. Twenty-four of them line the yard on the east side of the building, each with its own roller door, a power socket and a light. You drive through the gate, park at your door and load straight in. No lift, no corridor, no trolley run.

Who they suit

Trades use them as a lock-up for tools and materials, with a socket to charge batteries overnight. Families moving a whole house like them because the removal crew can unload in one go. They are also where people keep ride-on mowers, trailers’ worth of garden furniture and the contents of a workshop.

Sizes

Drive-up units come in 100, 150 and 200 sq ft. All are 3 metres high at the door, which takes a wardrobe standing up. Because they are popular, we keep a waiting list; reserve early if you have a move date.
